We’re committed to the health and safety of our customers and associates. To limit store traffic and increase social distancing, we are now offering contactless Curbside Pick-Up. Please call the store to place orders for Pick-Up Monday to Friday from 10-5 and we will fill you in on the details.

 

Free Shipping for most Orders over $99

If you don't want to visit the store, you can still place orders and have them shipped to your home. Please note, the pandemic has caused hurdles across our supply chain, we are currently experiencing delays for products not on the shelf, your patience is appreciated.

When is Curbside Pickup open?

Our current operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00apmto 5:00pm.

 

Are there any additional costs for Curbside Pickup?

No. When you call-in your order for Curbside Pickup, you will pay only the prices for your item(s) (plus applicable taxes) with no additional fees, and no shipping charges.

 

How do I place my order?

When will my order be ready?

It depends on whether all the products are in stock or not. In-stock products may be available for same-day service, we will give you an accurate ETA over the phone. Due to significant increases in demand, some stores may need up to 2 days to prepare your curbside pick-up order.

If your item is not in stock in your store, but available in one of our warehouses, we will ship it to your store, and have it ready for pickup in 2-7 days, subject to item availability and transit times. Be mindful that our Curbside Pickup operating hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00am-5:00pm.

 

What are the benefits of Curbside Pick-Up?

Pick Up In-Store and Curbside Pick-Up allow you to place an order over the phone and pick up in-store, saving you the regular shipping fees. It might also be a more convenient option for those who aren’t home during the day to accept packages or those who want to collect items quickly.

 

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?

Once your order is available for pickup, we will call you to let you know and schedule a time for your pick-up, between Monday to Friday from 10:00am-5:00pm

 

What do I need when picking up my order?

Please have your Driver's License and the card used for payment ready for visual inspection as proof of identification.

 

Once at the store, where do I go to pick up my order?

We ask that you safely park in a parking spot closest to the store entrance, and please remain in your vehicle. Then call us at the store phone number, tell us your name, the spot you are in/your vehicle and we will bring your order to you.

 

How will the order be loaded into my vehicle?

We can offer you 2 choices, we will load the items into your vehicle or we can leave the order next to the vehicle for the customer to load themselves. If we are to load the item into the vehicle, the customer must be able to remotely open the trunk, hatchback or tailgate from inside the vehicle OR they can manually do it themselves and then return to your vehicle.
