SHIPPING POLICY: THE GIST
Performance Improvements shipping policies all boil down to this: We try to get your auto parts to you as quickly as possible, as fairly as we possibly can. Most orders over $99 ship free Canada-wide.

We consolidate orders with multiple shipment dates into the fewest packages once all items are available. Every time you place an order via the Shopping Cart that contains products with more than one delivery date, we reserve the right to consolidate your order (once all items are available) into the fewest possible packages. NOTE: If you want your order shipped ASAP, only order items that ‘Ship Today’ as a separate order. Shipping estimates are only the time it takes to ship an in-stock product from us to you. It does NOT affect the lead time to bring in items that are not in stock.

Purolator Express - 1 business day to most major Canadian cities
Canada Post Expedited Parcel - 1 to 7 business days
Canada Post Priority - 2 to 4 business days
Purolator Express Shipping - Means orders are guaranteed one business day to most major Canadian cities, once ALL items ordered are in stock. EX: When you order "In-stock - Ships Today" items before 4 pm Oct. 1, and upgrade to Purolator Express, your order will be delivered before the end of day Oct. 2. If you order "In-stock - Ships Tomorrow" items before 4 pm Oct. 1, and upgrade to Purolator Express, your order will ship Oct. 2, and be delivered before the end of day Oct. 3. If you order "In-stock - Ships 3 business days" items before 4 pm Oct. 1, and upgrade to Purolator Express, your order will ship Oct. 4, and be delivered before the end of day Oct. 5.
Purolator Ground shipments can arrive by the end of two or more business days, depending on your destination. EX: When you order "In-stock - Ships Today" items before 4 pm Oct. 1, and choose Free Ground Shipping*, your order may be delivered before the end of day Oct. 3-4. If you order "In-stock - Ships Tomorrow" items before 4 pm Oct. 1, and choose Free Ground Shipping*, your order will ship Oct. 2, and may be delivered before the end of day Oct. 4-5. If you order "In-stock - Ships 3 business days" items before 4 pm Oct. 1, and choose Free Ground Shipping*, your order will ship Oct. 4, and may be delivered before the end of day Oct. 9-10.
In Stock - Ships Today / Ships Tomorrow Means the item is in stock in one of our warehouses, not that it is in-stock at ALL of our locations. Local inventory varies, always call a local store to confirm a product is in stock.
Shipments to PO Boxes sent Purolator are held at the closest 'Hold for Pick Up' Purolator Location. Alternately change your Shipping Address to a family, friend or work address. Please enter your Billing Address exactly as on your Credit Card statement to avoid errors. Enter your Apartment Building Buzz Code in the 'Special Instructions' box below.
WHY DO WE CHARGE FOR SHIPPING UNDER $99?
Shipping in Canada is expensive, but we subsidize that cost on orders over $99. While competitors advertise free shipping for parts under $99, we strongly encourage you to shop around to compare our individual part prices. You can always combine multiple purchases from our wide selection of vehicle parts and tools to cross $99 for free shipping!
*Most orders are eligible for free ground shipping over $99 but there are always exceptions for people who live far away (You probably know who you are) or for items that are excessively heavy or large - hence all the asterisks on this page. See our fine print below. Unlike some websites, we never ask you to re-pay that original shipping cost if you want to return something.
Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly. Customers are liable for the freight charges BOTH WAYS if an order is undeliverable to the address submitted to us and returned to sender. We will recover these charges if the address was submitted to us incorrectly BEFORE re-shipping the product to the corrected address.

We will cover the shipping and handling costs on orders over $99* to most Canadian addresses** on virtually*** everything we sell. You NEVER pay duty or brokerage when you shop with us.
Most items marked "In Stock - Ships Today" ordered before 4 pm EST ship the same business day! Even out-of-stock items ship fast! Generally, we can ship out of stock items within 2-3 business days.
In the event we cannot ship within this time-frame, we will contact you before proceeding with your order.
Qualifying orders receive free ground shipping for cross-country delivery.

THE FINE PRINT: Shipping and handling fees are waived on qualifying orders over $99 in Canada, with some exceptions:*Amount - Qualifying order total is based on product subtotal before taxes and non-standard shipping charges and after any discounts or coupons are applied.
**Location - Select postal codes or remote delivery areas are excluded from free shipping.
***Products - Clearance priced, oversize, overweight and unpackaged items are excluded from free shipping, non-standard shipping charges apply. Tires are never available for free shipping, there is a $25 charge per tire.
We do not ship on weekends or any Federal or Provincial holidays.

Do we ship products Internationally? The short answer is No. Unfortunately, we do not export at this time.
While we have shipped products across the United States, (and as far away as Sweden) we are a Canadian company. Almost all of the products we sell have been imported from the U.S. and we have paid all duty, brokerage and taxes to get them across the border.
It does not make sense to re-import them back into the U.S. where you as the importer, are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees that may be charged to import products into your country.
