SHIPPING POLICY: We reserve the right to consolidate all shipments. Every time you place an order via the Shopping Cart that contains more than one delivery date, we reserve the right to consolidate your order once all the items are available, into the fewest possible packages. NOTE: If you want your order shipped ASAP, place an order for the in-stock items as a separate order.

Performance Improvements shipping policies all boil down to this: most orders over $99 ship free Canada-wide.  That being said, there are always exceptions for people who live far away (You probably know who you are) or for items that are excessively heavy or large - hence all the asterisks on this page. See our fine print below. We try to do everything to get you your package as quickly as possible as fairly as we possibly can. Unlike some websites, we never ask you to re-pay that shipping cost if you want to return something.

We will cover the shipping and handling costs on orders over $99* to most Canadian addresses** on virtually*** everything we sell. You NEVER pay duty or brokerage when you shop with us.

In-stock items ordered before 4 pm EST ship the same business day! Even out-of stock items ship fast! Generally we can ship out of stock items within 2-3 business days.  

In the event we cannot ship within this time-frame, we will contact you before proceeding with your order.

Qualifying orders ship via Purolator Courier ground for cross-country delivery.

THE FINE PRINT: Shipping and handling fees are waived on qualifying orders over $99 in Canada, with some exceptions:

*Amount - Qualifying order total is based on product subtotal before taxes and non-standard shipping charges and after any discounts or coupons are applied.

**Location - Select postal codes or remote delivery areas are excluded from free shipping. 

***Products - Clearance priced, oversize, overweight and unpackaged items are excluded from free shipping. Tires are never available for free shipping, there is a $25 charge per tire.

We do not ship on weekends or any Federal or Provincial holidays.

Note: Purolator does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please enter a physical street address for your Shipping Address. To avoid errors and delays, please enter your actual Billing Address in the "Payment Method" screen.

Buzz Code: If your Apartment Building has a Buzz Code, please enter it in the Special Instructions box at check out.

Purolator Ground shipments can arrive by the end of two or more business days, depending on your destination.^

Purolator Express shipments offer expedited delivery in Canada. When you order in-stock items before 4 pm and upgrade to Purolator Express, the time in transit will be displayed (in business days) during checkout.^

In the unlikely event that you are responsible for non-standard shipping charges, such as special handling surcharges, oversize/overweight fees, Truck Freight fees, expedited shipping, hazardous materials charges, remote area delivery surcharge, etc., you will always be contacted before we process your order.

^Purolator Fine Print: Certain terms, conditions and geographic restrictions apply (including point of origin and destination guarantee restrictions and money-back guarantee restrictions). In addition to shipping across Canada, we ship products Internationally. We have shipped products across the United States, and as far away as Sweden!

CONTACT US for all International orders. If you have any questions about International orders, please don’t hesitate to ask: Send us an Email, or call us at 416-259-9656. They may be subject to duties and taxes as determined by country of delivery. Canadians are used to the fact that when we buy something from the U.S. there are extra costs involved. The part usually comes to the door with a bill for more money. We can't tell you what additional costs may be charged when you import your part.

EXPORT SALES: As an export sale, we do not charge any Canadian duties, taxes or fees, and the Canadian government will not levy any export fee. As the importer, you are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees that may be charged to import products into your country.

EXCHANGE RATE: We charge your credit card in Canadian dollars, your credit card company will convert it (at their rate) to your local currency.  We do not know what the final cost will be in your local currency. You will have to contact them to see what rate they are using currently. When importing goods into most countries, any duty or taxes will be collected by the courier on behalf of the Government before they deliver. The courier will likely collect a fee to process this transaction and call it brokerage.

All Export Sales, meaning all products shipped Internationally, are non-cancellable, non-returnable.
