Delivery was prompt. Fitech box seal was broken which concerns me. Was this a customer return or were parts removed or replaced? I discussed this matter with Allan and I felt that he was dismissive about my concerns. What recourse do I have if something is amiss as I will not be installing it until spring? The package arrived without a sales invoice, I have been provided one by e-mail but not sure if Fitech will accept this for the rebate as it is not the original invoice.

Performance Improvements

We contacted Armand directly to explain the reason his seal was broken: We had an issue with a FiTech shipment where some were missing instructions and we broke the seal on ALL of our inventory to make sure that kits went out the door WITH instructions. And FiTech just informed us of a running change to their kits (moving from a single 6 pin harness to a 2 pin and 4 pin harness), but did not update the instructions. So we are going to have to break the seal on all our current inventory to replace/check the instruction version. As for the invoice, all of our online orders use PDF generated invoices, whether you print it or we print it, its the same invoice, but we understand your concern.
